Terms & Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026 · Last Updated July 8, 2026 · qrgo2.com

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or scanning a QRGO2-powered code. By using QRGO2 you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The QRGO2 platform (“QRGO2,” the “Service”) is owned and operated by MrDev.Net LLC (“MrDev.Net,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming, United States. QRGO2 is a product and trade name of MrDev.Net LLC and is not itself a separate legal entity. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Account Tiers & Access

QRGO2 offers multiple service tiers including Free, Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Features, QR code limits, scan volumes, and analytics retention differ by tier. Access to certain features — including multi-route codes, PIN-gated content, TOTP-gated links, lead-capture prompts, and white-label options — is limited to paid plans.

  • Free tier accounts are subject to scan and code-count limits that may change with notice.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3. QR Code Usage Policy

You may generate and deploy QR codes for lawful personal, commercial, or organisational purposes. Each code is assigned a persistent GUID-based identifier. You agree not to use QR codes to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
  • Redirect to content that is illegal in the user’s jurisdiction
  • Harvest personal data beyond what is disclosed in your own privacy notice
  • Circumvent security controls or access restrictions of third-party systems

MrDev.Net LLC reserves the right to deactivate any code that violates this policy without prior notice.

4. Multi-Route & Gated Content

Premium plans support dynamic routing, PIN-protected destinations, and TOTP-authenticated links. You are solely responsible for the security of any PIN or TOTP secret you configure. MrDev.Net LLC does not store plaintext PINs; hashed values are retained for verification. Lost PINs or TOTP secrets cannot be recovered by QRGO2 support — they must be reset by the account holder.

5. Lead Collection Prompts

Where your plan includes lead-capture gates on QR codes, you are the data controller for any personal information collected from end users. You must maintain a compliant privacy notice and obtain any required consents from your end users before deploying lead-capture prompts. MrDev.Net LLC acts as a data processor and processes lead data solely on your instructions.

6. Analytics & Data Retention

QRGO2 collects scan-level analytics including device type, operating system, browser, country, and hour-of-day aggregates. IP addresses are never stored in identifiable form — they are one-way SHA-256 hashed on ingestion and the raw address is immediately discarded. Raw scan logs are retained for a rolling 90-day window, after which they are permanently purged. Aggregated statistics are retained for the life of the account.

7. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If a payment fails, MrDev.Net LLC will retry for up to seven days before downgrading your account to the Free tier. You will receive email notice before any downgrade takes effect.

8. Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn a commission on referred paid subscriptions as defined in the current Affiliate Schedule published in your account dashboard. Commissions are credited after the referred subscriber’s payment clears and are subject to a 30-day hold period. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals using secondary accounts — will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, trademarks, and documentation are the property of MrDev.Net LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you route through QR codes. You grant MrDev.Net LLC a limited, royalty-free licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Service; use automated tools to generate codes or scrape data beyond your plan limits; interfere with or disrupt QRGO2 infrastructure; impersonate another user or QRGO2 staff; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may close your account from the account settings panel. MrDev.Net LLC may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breaches of these Terms. Upon termination, all active QR codes will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. MrDev.Net LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that scan delivery will be 100% reliable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrDev.Net LLC’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100. MrDev.Net LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MrDev.Net LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you distribute through QR codes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

16. Changes to These Terms

MrDev.Net LLC may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a notice in your account dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
